Course & Community Success Manager

Who We Want:

Are you passionate about building connections, fostering engagement, and empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their lives? As a Course & Community Success Manager you get to lead with empathy, drive inclusivity, and inspire action.

What You Will Do: 

  • Act as our members primary point of contact, building trust, transparency, and forming genuine connections
  • Establish clear member retention goals and build processes and milestones to accomplish them
  • Assist members with onboarding, navigating the community, and getting the most return out of our programs, experiences, and software
  • Promote the value of our memberships through thoughtful member touch points, from events to feedback sessions and more
  • When applicable, upsell memberships, partnerships, and products within our ecosystem
  • Assist in creating member-facing onboarding materials, training courses, detailed resources, and communication plans
  • Review member feedback, complaints and concerns, and implement new initiatives, seeking to improve the member experience
  • Manage the email communications to students before and during the course
  • Run the operations behind each of the live sessions (manage the Zoom, host discussion groups)
  • Engage with the course community through the Skool platform
  • Upload course content, recorded videos, and resources for easy student access
